The Muff Liquor California Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on August 4, 2025 at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) and ends on September 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM PT (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Open only to legal residents of the State of California who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void outside California and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Lucas Bols USA (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or members of the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.
To enter, visit the official sweepstakes page at www.muffliquorcompany.com during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the entry form in full. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional entries may result in disqualification. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted.
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,500.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or any part thereof) with an alternative prize of equal or greater value at any time for any reason, provided the total prize value is not reduced. No cash or other substitution will be permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
Meeting Ed Sheeran or any artist performing at the festival is not part of the prize and is not included in any form.
As the value of the prize exceeds $600, the winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive a Form 1099-MISC for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes, including income taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The iHeartRadio Music Festival is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this Sweepstakes and is not affiliated with Lucas Bols USA or Muff Liquor.
Ed Sheeran, Quaker City Mercantile (QCM), and any affiliated artists, agencies, or management teams are not sponsors, administrators, or endorsers of this Sweepstakes.
All festival names, artist names, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted on or about September 6, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, voice, city and state of residence, and any photos or videos submitted or captured in connection with the prize for promotional purposes, including but not limited to announcements and congratulations posted on Muff Liquor and Lucas Bols USA’s official social media channels, websites, or other marketing materials, without additional compensation or notice.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Lucas Bols USA, Muff Liquor, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional agencies, advertising partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for any delays, rescheduling, substitutions, interruptions, cancellations, or other changes by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or event organizers (including the iHeartRadio). This includes but is not limited to: flight cancellations or delays, hotel overbookings or reservation changes, festival cancellation or date changes, artist cancellations or performance changes, and acts of God or unforeseeable circumstances.
Winner acknowledges that the prize may be considered taxable income and that they are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance, including reporting and payment obligations. Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting obligations required by law.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of California, without resort to any form of class action.
